“Great service with a smile. Such a shame they are closing . We need our bank. The elderly use it constant.. as I do. Please don't close our branch down. We need it. We don't drive so many of us and can't get to another branch which is 20 odd miles away .”

“Very helpful , polite cashier , answered all of my questions .Such a pity the March Branch is closing at the end of July , we now have a 22mile round trip if we need to visit the Nat West branch in the next town , my family have used our Nat West for the past 67 years .”

“We went on to visit family. It was a sudden trip and we had to Bring the dog. Service was great, everything was so clean. The dog , who usually is hard on trips, slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with choices for everyone, We have been this happy with a stay in years.”
