You have to wait a long time for you prescriptions even if they were sent from the surgery 4 days ago should be ready . I feel there short staffed and only concentrating on pharmacy side. Staff are very friendly but don't acknowledge you at all which is not good Customer service. Lee

The lack of professionalism on the behalf of the staff in this pharmacy is mortifing, my mother in law suffers from variety of very serious health issues, her medication is vital to her being able to cope, l can't stress how many times the medication wasn't prepared on time where going without it is simply not an option for her, blaming lack of delivery or failing computer system when prescription have been put in over 10 days prior to collection is no excuse at all, let me add that people dispensing medication have no training or knowledge and are very uneducated about the job they are doing. I suffer from chronic pain and last time l went there to pick up my analgesic pain killer the woman serving me asked me if it's a nose spray, l rest my case, these people are endengering customer lives and that pharmacy should be closed down immediately.

Never had a problem if you are patient. It's a small corner pharmacy having to deal with hundreds of prescriptions, from Mercheford and Cornerstone practices, and even more from the expansion of housing. The staff are all under tremendous pressure, and as most pharmacies are underfunded. If you don't like it then find another pharmacy, but I'll predict you'll be whinging and whining at those. Go online and get them delivered, if they are not urgent, and are on repeat. That will alleviate to some extent the pressure you are putting on these guys.

The staff try their best through all the hate and bias they receive, the ladies are always polite, kind and thoroughly helpful. I do believe they could streamline the way they work for better productivity and time saving but they have to go by the policy and procedure theyre told by someone who doesn't see or care it doesn't work for the customers. Its really not the pharmacy staffs fault, its the way the system works (or doesn't in actuality) and higher ups cutting staffing for whatever reason (cut costs to line their pockets).

Poor, slow and miserable service. If you have time to waste get your prescriptions from here. Don't forget to bring a picnic! Staff are not efficient and appear to be slightly brain dead without very much common sense. If a customers prescription will take long let them know and advise they may wish to come back instead of keeping them standing around. Then to top if off only half of the medicine for my daughter available and told to come back in a few days. A few days later... same story long wait "because its being made fresh" incorrect dosage available so have to take 4x the quantity of antibiotics! I'm sure my little girl is going to love that. Avoid if you can unless of course you enjoy slow service and don't have much to do.

Very slow , have to queue every time you visit.

Not that long lived in March. Prescription goes to Lloyd's in Elwyn Road. Queued for 90 minutes, get to front of queue, prescription needs to be made up and up to an hour's wait because of a computer upgrade. However, prior to the upgrade, and despite putting my repeat in a week or more in advance, the prescription is still not made up! Still had to wait about 20 mins pre computer upgrade. Inefficient service. When you work full time you don't want to be queueing for an hour and then wait another hour for meds to be made up. Not the staffs fault, they do their best. It's the fault of the private equity company, Aurelius Group who acquired Lloyds pharmacies in a deal reported to be£477million in April 22. Either ensure the upgrade will be efficient and if it's a case of training staff, ask if they will be willing to work one Sunday and pay them double time! operations manager, do your job! I've now changed to Boots who make prescriptions up in advance ready for the customer without the need to wait

Went to pick up my Prescription only to join a long queue as normal outside as the door was locked & only opened for 1 person at a time only to be told that due too NO Pharmacist being on site no meds could be issued. Apparently it's been the same all week. An absolute Joke!!!
