Waiting for deliveries important for Christmas. Why don?t they go on strike when it?s not important to customers it will still upset the management. Them like all the others on strike are very selfish.

I have a parcel waiting at the parcel office but the times they are open is when I'm working so have to wait a week to be able to collect on a saturday. What a joke and they want more money. Should be aleast one evening open til 6pm. I try not to use royal mail for that reason. ??

Terrible. Ordered special delivery for a reason, not just for the fun of spending more money on a service for the hell of it... second day in a row I've been given a rushed card without even the time the driver arrived. There was no ring on the "working door bell" and I'm up and awake at 6 am every morning.

Opening times are different. Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 7am to 9am, Saturday 7am to 11am. Closed Wednesdays.

Got my package in the end. Was supposed to be at the post office on the Saturday, but they tried to deliver it again even though I said I would pick it up on the Saturday.
