Warning ?? ?? Warning ?? ??Attention to all who ordering special medicine ?Please avoid Tesco Pharmacy March as staff are not competent enough to order and manage prescriptions in timely manner. Before Christmas they have failed to get my daughter's vital medicine and we been forced to get to A & E Cambridge. Second time today I'm really speechless and angry.Would like to ask staff ???Who will take responsibility if my daughter be effected by missing her medicine ?

Constantly messing up prescription, you get a text saying it?s ready for pick up and actually they haven?t even got it in stock. Staff are about as useful as a chocolate ashtray won?t be using them again.

I recently had a distressing experience with this pharmacy. Despite being assured that a vital medicine for my daughter was ordered promptly, the staff failed to manage the order efficiently. When I returned to collect the medicine, it wasn't ready, and I was repeatedly told to come back on different days. This unacceptable delay left me worried, especially since my daughter relies on the medication to control her epilepsy.The staff's lack of professionalism and disregard for the urgency of the situation is concerning. They seemed oblivious to the potential consequences of not having the necessary medicine on time. It felt like dealing with individuals who lacked understanding, treating a crucial health matter as casually as a Christmas pudding.The irresponsibility reached a point where I questioned who would take accountability in court if anything happened to my child due to their careless actions. Even after waiting for 10 days from the supposed order date, the medicine was nowhere to be found, and I discovered that I was initially misled about when it was ordered.This pharmacy's incompetence and dishonesty have left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise against entrusting them with anything important beyond basic medications like paracetamol. It's disheartening when a place meant to prioritize health care falls short in such a critical manner.

Not liking it nothing is ever ready staff I don't find helpful or nice Pharmacist or staff. Going to change my pharmacy collection as really not keen nor able to get prescriptions easily.

Never normally have an issue when collecting my prescription but the last couple of times I?ve been questioned as to why I?m on a certain medication. Prescribed by the hospital long term so can?t understand the issue, except for maybe being a bit too nosey.

David the pharmacist is so happy and has a lovely smile for everyone compared to everyone else there. Would be great if ithere wasn't always a queue and some of the staff were a little faster and if they didn't look like they had no room to work. Tesco surely could give them more space now half the store is empty

Changed from boots to tesco a few months ago. Had no problems at all collecting prescriptions.Definitely a change for the better

Yes tesco pharmacy is very good and understand your problems and needs and if you have to wait be only20 mins

Can be slow to collect from but that's okay , main issue is if you call they either answer and hang up or they will pickup and ask for details then hang up
