Really good selection of phones, both on contract and sim free. A good choice of contracts from all the major networks. I just need to work out what phone I need sim free, as there are a lot of new models hitting the shops over the next few weeks.

Always had good service, the one time that a member advised incorrectly the manager soon put situation right without me having ask or say anything which helped me go back to store.

Bought a mobile phone I live 8miles away it did not have the key to open the nano card door rang up to see if the could send me one or give petrol money they were not interested or bothered about customer relations when I nought the phone I had to gp for a coffee next door because apparently it takes 15 minutes to get the phone has a result I will not be buying a phone from carphone warehouse again
