Usually we really rate this store. But today, my daughter's feet measured 5.5f and they were trying to sell me 6g in a completely different style. I insisted on the style that we needed which they said I could order online but I needed to do it half way down the store because their WiFi didn't work near the till. They then tried to charge me £4.95 for delivery when I can get them delivered online for free. Needless to say we didn't buy the shoes in store.

Staff was really helpful but a bit of a wait due to back to school shopping. Very limited choice this year for my daughter who is 8 and a size 3. She didnt want a strap as apparently its to babyish but there was only 1 shoe without one. Unfortunately they didnt have them in.

Charlotte was very helpful today. She got the different shoes for me to try on. I saw my favourite ones and cancelled getting the other pairs and Charlotte was efficient and helpful. Thank you. I was concerned that there was no guarantee. I know customers have abused Clark?s in the past but I still think there should be some guarantee on the shoes.
