What a great shop this use to be Vibrant Friendly and a nice meeting point for genuine people who enjoy a betStaff who were friendly and chattyTotally different now!!!!!!!Never know if it?s openStaff more interested in themselves listening to iPods watching videos on their phones no interaction with puntersSlowly people going to other bookies now and the place becoming quite desertedCorals need to take a good long look at the shop Give it a paint and sort out the screensHave back up staff if someone is ill not leave the shop unopened for HoursLeaving people frustratedAlso update your opening times at holiday periods so people know when it?s going to openCorals your a Multi Million Pound operation if your IT Can?t do that I have a SIX YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WHO COULD DO IT FOR YOU!!!!Please get your Act together pay staff better and this way you will get good and willing staff who actually want to workKind regardsMartyn

Want to share my disappointment from going to this site when was still 20m to the close time (I would be there 10m max. To say I would come out before the closing time yet, how funny hey!) and found the doors locked already. Nothing against the personal that was inside as I can't tell about who's responsibility is. It doesn't felt right to me and I wish not to happen in the future to anyone, anywhere. Please I would like to see more responsibility when you say to customers that you have a business opening time but you are not.
