Great store with a super selection of good quality sofas. The man that was helping us knew his stuff and was very helpful. It was a relaxing place with no pressure sales, worth a visit.

Looking around for 30 min not one member of staff came over to when I went to talk to member of staff thay ignored me so I left store.

Total and utter ineptitude. Dan Whyler a ?manager? attempted to lie to us for months re our right to return 3 faulty sofas. After hundreds of calls/emails, several home visits and a near loss of sanity I finally managed to get through to someone at head office who confirmed Dan had totally mislead us. We then got a return - but the whole ordeal lasted 6 months. Will never again buy from this company, appalling quality of goods and the customer service is diabolical.

The staff were very good at helpful. I ordered my sofa 4 weeks later. It has Arrived in good condition and well wrapped driver was good careful set it up fits perfectly very polite recommended thanks

Really helpful member of the team, we were looking for a sofa bed, showed use a couple, opening them up and showing how easy they were to fold out.Have left with more knowledge than we were expecting.
