Popped in as passing and enquired about the lunchtime special without receiving a warm welcome or any form of friendly interaction. The response I received was rather curt, as I was simply pointed towards the menu and informed that the lunchtime special options were located there. Determining that I desired a pizza with Peperoni and Jalapenos, I proceeded to the payment counter. However, to my surprise, I was informed that the total amount due was £12 instead of the expected £9.99 for two toppings. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was informed that the Jalapenos were not included in the special offer, but I had the option to add extra cheese instead. Frustrated, I decided to forgo the Jalapenos and paid the advertised £9.99.Upon receiving my order, I returned to the office to enjoy my pizza. However, I couldn't shake off the feeling that it would have been more enjoyable with the addition of Jalapenos and a lot less Cheese. Consequently, I decided to reach out to Domino's Customer Care via email to relay my experience. Promptly, I received a response requesting proof of purchase and informing me that an area manager would be in touch.Unfortunately, my interaction was with the manager of the actual store and his attitude left much to be desired. Rather than engaging in a constructive conversation, he spoke at me in an arrogant manner, asserting that the price I had been quoted was accurate due to the extra cheese I had requested. He then suggested that the misunderstanding was my fault and advised me to be clearer about my preferences in the future. Frustrated by his dismissive attitude, I promptly ended the call.I fail to comprehend what was unclear about my request for a £9.99 pizza with two toppings: Peperoni and Jalapenos.Avoid !!!Again I relayed my experience to Domino?s customer service department . Unfortunately, nothing back. ?.To me , it appears because this is franchise partner , (this is mirroredin other 1 and 2 star reviews on this store on Google) Domino?s head office have no appetite to get involved, other than an initial scripted response to appease your initial complaint .Domino?s seem to have no problem with a guy who has paid to display their name above the door and sell their product , Treating their brand loyal customers with contempt .

Lady in there yesterdays night gave me and my partner amazing costumer service was trying so hard to get us cheaper deals and we were so happy with our service from her however we did feel like the 2 blokes in there we?re putting her under a lot of pressure there was no need she was trying her best to help us ?

We ordered a pizza for delivery, gave specific instructions. We live in an apartment complex and have elevators. We?ve had the same dominoes deliver here so many times. Without issue. But the one driver decided to A refuse to enter the building, B refuse to explain why and C made us grab our own pizzas out of his heated bag. Very odd individual and quite shady/rude. Doubt I?ll be ordering from this location again.Order: 548772001

Tried to order a basic change to something I've ordered countless times from Sugar Way branch. Walked 30 mins from College to get this but couldn't be done. Took my money to a competitor instead.Won't order from this branch again or advise people to visit.

First and foremost, the customer service I received was far from what I would consider acceptable. I placed an order for delivery and called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order after a considerable delay. The person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and failed to provide any helpful information. I was left feeling unappreciated and frustrated by this lack of concern for a paying customer.Moreover, the delivery itself was incredibly slow. I understand that delivery times can vary, but my order took significantly longer than the estimated time provided during the order placement. This delay was particularly disappointing as I had been eagerly anticipating a warm and delicious meal.To make matters worse, upon finally receiving my order, the food was disappointingly cold. I understand that maintaining the temperature of a delivered pizza can be challenging, but the cold and unappetizing state in which it arrived was unacceptable. It seemed as though the pizza had been left unattended for an extended period before being delivered.I believe in the quality and taste of Domino's Pizza, but this experience left a negative impression on me. I kindly ask that you take these concerns into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer service, faster deliveries, and the maintenance of food temperature. This will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also reflect positively on your brand.
