They sell the furniture for higher prices, display items were good, so you tend to buy them. I booked a wardrobe and they said it can take up to 4 weeks. I signed the contract and now they say the lead time is upto 11weeks ,I booked in Feb and need to wait until May to receive the product. What a joke !

Cowboy's don?t trust them !!! They sent Laurel and Hardy round to deliver bedroom furniture and they broke a light fitting that had only been up 1 week, said they?d report it only for the company to say they?re doing nothing about it, I only found out they?re doing nothing by phoning them, they didn?t even have the courtesy to even let me know, I called because what they have delivered is damaged too but is it worth even chasing that up !!

Stay away! I won?t be using them again! Delivery kept getting pushed back!Spoke to customer services for an update and he was quite rude?all he had to say was we are expecting it in the warehouse next week, this is the second time ?were expecting it in the warehouse?Stay away, you have been warned? Im still waiting for my table?

Slow delivery lead times, left waiting weeks after the estimated delivery window. Customer Services just fob you off with dud information when you chase up an update too... I'd go elsewhere.

Looking around for a sofa. Salesperson was kind and professional - gave me some space when I asked for it and furnished me with info I asked for when asked. Good experience overall

Never again!!Brought a 3 piece sofa with foot stool last March. By August the cushions had started to sink and become misshaped. Reading other reviews on here this seems to be a common problem. Contact Fabb it then took from august until January to get replacement cushions and an engineer out to replace them! Then low and behold a month or so after they?ve gone again, only this time the frame that was faulty to begin with at the back is now protruding out the back and made a hole in the fabric! I have spent the last 9 months doing nothing but constantly chasing the customer service team. They tell you theyll inform you then you hear nothing. I was told replacement fabric would arrive by March 20th this year for the back of the sofa. Four weeks later still no communication. Chased it up then they say now it will be mid May time!! It?s an absolute joke. Told them they can have their bloody sofa back and I want a refund but apparently they can?t do that? Absolute cowboys pushing the blame onto the manufacturer. My advice is avoid at all costs. My complaint has now been sent to the furniture ombudsman and has been accepted to be investigated.

Absolute awful customer Service, ordered a bed 27th December told be in stock feb, then march and now April. I understand that supplier issues are beyond there control but not being offered an alternative and when signing the contract any alternatives will incur fines!!!! Fuming!!!!

DO.NOT USE: Sofa arrived cushions out of shape dented at top and seat cushion. Stool has ripples in. Manufacturer person visited, lied in report says its due to normal.wear and tear and not plumping cushions. Store refuse to do anything, taking further advice. Disgusting service

FABB?... don't think so, I can think of a better 4 letter word!I?ve never had to leave a 1 Star review ever before!... But they've earned this one.I bought a 2k Sofa suite from the Peterborough store, (Your standard half price sale that never was at full price!) the sofa?s fine but I've been trying to cancel the extended warranty I purchased, and it's a headache.I tell you, the slimey salesmen really want to hold on to their extra money maker!Due to Covid I couldn?t make it into store, so I called, emailed, called, called, emailed, emailed and emailed some more? but nothing, completely ignored! Zero response.I had 2 weeks to cancel the insurance, I started trying to cancel on day one and persevered all the way through the fortnight. I know they?re opening my emails as I have software that monitors opens. What kind of Company blatantly ignores you?Terrible Customer Service that felt similar to backstreet 2nd hand car sales! (But that would be insulting them)I?m pleased the sofas fine as if I get treated like this for a £250 extended warranty ? what would happen if something major happened?...If for some reason you have to use them pay via your Credit Card and get them to reclaim the money on your behalf. You have purchase protection.My professional advice, steer well clear. There's plenty of other companies out there offering better products and service. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Don't even bother! Sofa arrived and it was fine for a few months now it is sagging in places and footstool is of center. We have been told they will not repair the sofa! Taking this up with furniture ombudsman and trading standards!! Do Not buy from here!!!!! Guarantee means nothing !!!!!!!!

This is so far the worst customer service I have ever had, these guys are sharks,please please never ever buy from them.Even after writing to the MD more than twice no response at all.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER.Basically the are thieves........

We bought 2 three piece suites and chair (orien range). When they arrived there was a fault with one of the recliners on the settee. We told the delivery men that we did not want a faulty settee. They told us that if they took the settee back they would have to take the whole order back. This would have left us with nothing to sit on. We rung customer services only to be told that an antiques company would come in SIX Weeks to fix the fault. Even if this company fixed the fault it is still substandard and if fixed and broke again then we would be liable for this. We paid £3,440 for these settees and expected perfection for this price. We rung customer services a second time saying could they replace the broken 3 piece with a two piece which would have suited us (both settees are exactly the same price. This again they refused to do. We are seriously thinking about going to trading standards and the small claims cout as we feel we have been treated badly. Sadly it is a case of this company taking your money and leaving you sub standard products. We have offered fab furniture a resolution for all concerned but they are not interested. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. Think very carefully before buying from this company!!

DREADFUL customer service throughout the whole purchase.Visited our local showroom a few times to find our perfect sofa - saw one on the website which wasn't on show in our local branch so we phoned a different showroom over an hour away, was advised that they had it in store and we could go and look/sit on it to make sure it was what we wanted. Drove 2.5hrs round trip to be told when we got there that it was taken out of the showroom the week previous and the staff member laughed in my face when he saw I was frustrated for driving so far.Went home and thought we would order anyway in hope that it will be nice. We were advised it would be 15 weeks for delivery... over 15 weeks and we still have no update - Fabb Furniture obviously didn't want to give us a courtesy update to advise it might be delayed. After contacting them myself to see where it is, they then confirm it will be in their warehouse at around 21 weeks, and at this point they will contact me to arrange delivery.Absolutely shocked witht the lack of communication and the lengthy wait.Contacted the customer services team to express my frustration which just boiled my blood even further. Pretty much palmed me off and offered a £50 gesture. I responded to say this is absolutely not good enough and the adviser didn't even respond to apologise or try to resolve my complaint - instead they just resent the invoice with a discount of £50.I responded saying I was not impressed by how he did not even reply to my disappointment and a different adviser responded completely ignoring my request.What's even worse is how we were constantly told by the showroom staff that we need to order before the sale ended - months down the line and the "sale" never ended - the "sale" is not a sale at all, it's the usual price made to look like a discount - DON'T BE FOOLED.All I can say is I am absolutely shocked, out of pocket as we have had to buy a temporary sofa because of the delay and we would not recommend "Fabb" due to their very poor customer service.
