Such a waste of time... Went there Thursday afternoon when they are open till 8pm to find out that the changing rooms are closed at 6.30 already.

Today i was a witness when 5 H&M co-workers was talking nasty and rude things about customers.It was 1 h before closing and it seems like they had nothing to do so they found an entertainment for themselves.Comments like:"Oh look at her, she's touching everything...look what she's wearing" , "previous one was better looking""Put it where you took it from you b...ch"Shame on you. You got your pay thanks to customers, so treat them with a respect

At 17:10 the fitting rooms were already closed because the closing at 18:00 (?). I would have bought some clothes there in that 50 minutes and leave money for them, but this way I have not. The young girls at the cashier were not helpful at all. This I would not call service.

Absolutely awful for size inclusion.Despite online having a full and healthy size range, this store only seems to stock up to size 18, and even those are difficult to find, with xs and size 10 the only option on a lot of racks! No shop assistants that arent rushed off their feet and no cohesive store layout, colour organised only which is really unhelpful!

Went here around a week back and had some issues with my gift card. When I tell you this manager is one of the nicest managers I've ever spoke to - she put all of her effort into solving the issue, even calling the gift card company herself! Went above and beyond. All staff there were lovely too, genuinely make such a kind team

A few days before my vacation, I went shopping. Walking around the store, I chose a lot of clothes that I really liked. It took me about an hour. In the fitting room, I was told that I could not measure clothes because the fitting room was closed. There were still a lot of people trying on their clothes and two female employees. It was 3:50 pm. The shop didn't close until 6pm. Every time, no matter what time it is, I can't measure my clothes.

Checked opening times of the store and headed in just after 4pm. Found lots to try on and went to the fitting room at 4.40pm to be told it was now closed, 50 minutes before published closing time. Very unhelpful staff. No purchases made and one very disappointed customer having made a trip specifically to visit H and M. Went home empty handed.

After the other two handy stores closed down locally, this left just this one in town and it's not massively impressive! Parts look like a jumble sale all overloaded on rails and my massive annoyance is that the last two times i have been, the changing rooms have been closed... what good is that to anyone in a clothes shop?? I have seen some really nice stuff online but always sold out and never the same things in store... nightmare...
