What a refreshing change to get staff that actually help you and don't make you feel like you're a burden and they're pleased to help you. I wish it was like this everywhere. Well done Buddy you're a fine example of customer service.

Fairly good range of items, some bits I think are very good value for money and other items maybe abit on the expensive side.From a partial wheelchair user/crutches it's not the easiest shop to navigate around, I got my chair stuck a few times.

I received a very welcome £5 voucher so I went for a good look round and bought some gems to decorate some clothing. I love to look at all the crafty things and see what project I can do next.Great shop, great staff.

I've been a hobbycraft customer for many years and the staff are always lovely. Just moved to the area so this is a new store for me. I was buying a sewing desk and a member of staff was very helpful and brought it to the till on her trolley and even helped me get it into my car as it was quite heavy.
