“Had the most amazing customer service from this store. My sons watch needed fixing and had to be sent away which we were quoted a price. We were then contacted twice by who it was sent to to increase the price (orig price £50 and they wanted £175) which was more than the cost of the watch. We told them to leave it and went back into store to collect the watch. Upon arrival we were surprised that the watch was fixed. The manager advised us that she wasn’t happy with what happened and the price increase and insisted it was fixed at the original price quoted. We didn’t even have to ask for this! Amazing service and would defo recommend this store!”
