I'm relieved that M&S is still operating in the city centre after several stores closed. Every time I visit the centre, I stop by M&S. I enjoy shopping there. Their foodl is well-presented and of high quality.

Decent store, good service for purchases and returns. The food section is quite large on the ground floor, the clothing section is always quite large, mostly women clothing.

Toilets close at 5pm (according to a very rude cleaner) even on a Thursday when the store closes at 8pm why on earth do you close the toilets before closing time? Or is the rude cleaner getting ahead of herself, they certainly weren't very clean before. Would expect better from Marks and Spencer.

Horrible! Was being told to leave after being followed the entire than and made to leave after a worker said its "weird" picking up something and putting it back. I understand you are doing your job but have no reason to make us leave. We did not put anything in the bags so i assume he thought we was stealing... i can not believe i have been treated this way and will be making a report very soon!

We have been waiting 20 minutes to get served and there were only 3 people in front of us, nearly all the tables are empty due to how slow the service is and they are now queueing out the door. Appalling service for the price they charge, the tables are full of used plates too.

I love the quality of marks and Spencer clothing. However, the staff in there are totally rude and ignorant. I asked for pop socks to try on shoes which I did purchase, the assistant did not even speak a word to me not even a smile. The cashier was as equally rude and the I think managers walking around also miserable unfriendly and totally unhelpful

This is just in reference to their toilets. Used mens and accessible toilets. Both not that clean and in need of maintenance. Based on the price of their goods you would expect better. Poor show M&S you need to plough some money in to these!

Anna who helped me with bra fitting was very lovely, helpful and smiled through out. Left with a set of underwear which I love.
