I visited yesterday in my wheelchair. Initially I was impressed with the size of the store and seeing so much stock on the shelves. Especially in the men's. The lady at the desk was lovely too. But. Accessibility around the store is awful. The racking is far to close. I struggled to find a direct route to the lift without pushing clothing out of the way and the same coming back out. Alot of areas I was unable to get to due to narrow areas and nowhere to turn my chair which I can turn normally quite easily. But here I struggled. I can only assume you measured for compliance before setting out the clothing not after or this would have been fine.You are a UK company and expanded around Europe and further out bringing in millions of profit. You can do better.If you haven't yet read about the Purple Pound I suggest you do so now.

First of all I would like to say that the staff couldn?t be more helpful. I love next and the cloths and have the app on my phone but I like to actually look and feel what I?m buying first . I am disabled and need to use a mobility aid for getting about . The way the shop is set out is not at all wheelchair friendly there are cloths rails packed in the shop so close together than it is impossible to move around the store. I was attacked by to of these rails (joke ) on Saturday but a member of staff helped me and was very apologetic and said it was there fault as o was so embarrassed. .also I had to get my son some shorts wich are on the upper floor . The good thing is there is a lift (thank goodness) the only thing is that whatever I want always seems to be were I can?t reach as like downstairs. The assistant was very helpful again but having to ask for assistance I find realy embarrassing. You can?t fault the quality of cloths and the helpfulness of the staff but access is terrible if like me you use a chair

Sweet. The boots literally peel off from my daughters foot less than 2 months.They refused to acceptot compliant as they said "these are fashion items not suitable for everyday wear"Interesting approach when taking about boots, not balley shoes worn on the street.

Can?t fault the service from Catherine who was incredibly helpful if it was based on that Alone it would be 5* but what ranks it down is head offices incompetence, sort it out next

Slightly dissapointed after today's visit. Wanted to buy husband an aftershave but most testers were not available and those that where there, were mixed up. I've asked a Staff member for the tester but was told that they can't open any of the bottles. I think they don't care or just missing a trick before Valentines.

Nice enough store. Good range of ladies clothes here plus men's upstairs. Don't quite understand the need for the Costa as there is a large Costa about 15 meters away from there opposite! Would have been more useful to have more things to buy like clothes and home wear.

Clothes shopping not always my favourite but with help from the sales assistant (Sandi I think) buying clothes today for my grandchildren was so easy. Despite the store being busy she helped me put together two outfits as birthday presents.
