I just want to say that a lady that works for you called Guelhermina is absolutely fabulous and a super star! She really went out of her way to help me tonight and didn't give up like some people would have / could have at the first hurdle! She was determined to find what I needed and she did! She made me feel like she really cared. Thank you to the lady!! And please give her a huge star!

Extremely disappointing customer service by an employee on the kiosk at Sainsburys Bretton this evening who yelled at me aggressively when I stepped forward a bit to keep social distance from the customer behind me. I was left shaken and humiliated. When I told her that how she had spoken to me was completely unnecessary and explained how I felt, her reply was ?Oh right?: no apology whatsoever. We expect better manners and a higher level of courtesy from Sainsbury?s employees.

Thank you to all the staff who are always friendly & approachable. We have shopped there for years and years. Great customer service
