Eye test it's self was ok, had the scan that I was told the optician would go through with me however, as I had to have it done after my eye test I was just told "it's ok"After my eye test I was told to browse glasses, I spoke to the greeter lady and said that I don't kmow what glasses I can have because of my perscription she told me it was too save time,, so I picked up 2 pairs that I liked, sat down eith a lady only to be told that i couldn't have them with my perscription so I asked the lady to pick some out for me which she did (about 7 pairs) but I couldn't have them either..... I wanted the thinnest lense as that is what I've always had and the lady told me that I could only have the thicker lenses. Nearly two hours of my day wasted, came out of there with no glasses and very frustrated. What a waste of time will definitely not recommend...

Not quick about anything here. Expect to spend a minimum hour wait no matter the service you require.Booked an eye test, store very busy, not enough chairs, tests on eyes were good, The actual eye test was done yet I was told my prescription hadn't changed, I challenged this as said I had up my contact lens and my vision was much clearer. Another manual test confirmed my prescription had slightly changed. Well 28 experience of wearing glass shines over an optometrist that barely has experience!!Then I wasn't impressed with the frames instore but did manage to find 2 pairs, while the dispensing team worked hard, I spent another hour sitting down for measurements etc.Visited the store back on collection, lots of staff standing around talking, seemingly not doing a lot, another hour to get glasses adjusted and fitted. All very Slow and frames back wide enough to fill the River Nene yet an hour was spent taking measurements.Then upon wearing one pair for a few days, something didn't seem right, went in to see if they can be looked and and got told I MUST have an appointment or face a very long wait, yet two staff were standing around doing NOTHING! First the lady said 9 people in queue then 6, couldn't get me a time estimation either.So I was forced to visit for a 4th time in 3 weeks, much to my dismay, then waste another hour getting my glasses adjusted and one pair has slightly stronger lens in. I knew something wasn't quite right. Had to wait 15 minutes too despite having a so called appointment!Improvements that I suggest are made fastAllow customers to use toilets - we are in your store for 1 to 2 hours after all and with children and women's health, this needs to be adopted.Have consistency in staff uniform, some are casual some are dressed like Air Stewardess.Get more seats in store or spread booking times out. Perhaps a Small TV to keep people waiting a long time occupied or some magazines since there is not much phone signal either.Get some decent leadership and mentoring in this store!5 hours to buy 2 pairs of glasses. Think next time I will go independent for some real personalised service and buy my frames online.Was made to feel a number in a line and not special at all.

Very poor service, they obviously can't cope with the amount of customers they have and don't try and call them as they don't know how to answer a telephone.

Never on time. Every time I have been here I have had to wait for at least 30 mins. One appointment took over 1h 45 mins.

Asked for emergency appointment due to an infection. Given an appointment within an hour and a half. Arrived ten minutes early, optician called me in straight away. I was seen eight minutes before my appointment time. I explained the issues I had had and explained that Watford hospital had asked to see me again, but I live near Peterborough, and PCH said I needed a referral. Optician gave me referral immediately, wrote a letter and even sent an email as I waited. He then inspected the eye to be certain I was ok. He proceeded to explain he would not charge, as I am on a contact lens subscription. I couldn?t believe it. What fantastic service by Muhammad Daniyaal Ahmed - thank you!

I had first class service at Specsavers Serpentine Green in all aspects including the eye test, and choosing and fitting. Special shout out to Kirsty who was very helpful, kind and patient with me. ??

Very disappointed I came in over a week ago to report that no contact lenses was in my percription, I was told a replacement would be order the same day and would only take a couple of days to come. I have been into store to check if they had arrived only to be told the same. I phoned this morning to ask the same question to be told they hadn't even been ordered. Very disappointed with the service

Came to your store for a eye test and glasses3 weeks ago only had my glasses for a week,I had to return today due to the glass being really loose in the frames,having blured vision and headaches,staff were not very helpful at all, ended up getting my money back.went back to my old optitions had to pay for another eye test gave them the glasses prescription to find that the prescription was totally wrong.im not very happy about this wish to have £30 from you to reburst me for having the test done again

Asked for a copy of my hearing test which I had to pay £60 for fair enough. Accidentally lost this A4 single piece of paper went back 15 mins after and apologise and was reluctantly given a copy unsigned and was told it would be £60 for a signature stand and deliver popped to mind

Glad to be back, Specsavers have again excelled in their Customer Service. My recently purchased glasses look good and the lens give great vision. I am very pleased indeed with Specsavers, I am a very satisfied customer. If other companies in other directions offered the same like kind service, customer complaints would in my factual opinion be almost none existent. Take notice other companies, customers will always be more right than wrong!

If I could give a zero rating for my experience here I would! Johnny Da Silva who was meant to remove my ear wax lacks any customer service skills! He was rude and inappropriate with his questions and service! He accused me of being late when I wasn't. He said I should have read through the information provided even though I wasn't given anything before hand and even questioned why I had been wearing ear plugs before and the brand I used and the olive oil brand I used! No please no thankyou nothing totally rude individual! He even refused to attempt clearing both ears!

I came in to collect my glassses. I was forgotten about for 45minutes whilst other people was coming in after me and was being seen. When it got up to an hour then a worker noticed me and apologised. This same worker was an Asian man in a black suit very tall. He was very rude and wanted to get it all done and didn?t let me ask any questions. I felt very uncared for and very disgusted by the way he treated me.
