The lad that was taking donations was the rudest I?ve ever met. Kept shouting ?NO NO? at everything I was trying to donate which was quite rude in front of a shop full of customers. After all their pleas for donations, they?re lucky they have anything in there.I?ll be avoiding like a plague.

Verry good experience at this shop . I do always find good stuff in here, from toys to ceramic pottery and clothes. Many thanks to the staff !

The manager was incredibly rude when I tried to bring in donations - he wanted to go through them item by item and cherry pick the ones he wanted to keep for the shop...

I just want to give a few kind words to Reece who works in the Hurlington sue ryder. What a wonderful happy , kind and helpful young man is he. Its a delight going into the shop when he is there. He makes people very happy and welcoming. He deserves a gold star ?We all love him. Great young man ?

The staff and volunteers always working hard. Always met with a friendly smile, shop is clean and well organised and lots of bargains (everything is £1 or even less) but it?s nice quality, clean. The manager is lovely and always takes time out to interact with my daughter. A really nice place to shop and I can?t wait until they open again

We always try and use Sue Ryder shops to help raise money for Thorpe Hall but was disappointed at how rude the manager was when taking in our donations. We understood they had received many donations so the back area was rather full, maybe a suggestion to give to another Sue Ryder shop would of been a better suggestion rather than appearing ungrateful and rude!
