Rude staff at the reception, would appreciate it if they get proper customer services training. No smile, no welcome greetings, nothing, coming into the room few times without even knocking, cant get into every detail but defo never at this branch again.

Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Greg's, Starbucks, Subway, asda petrol and Mcds within walking distance.
