Well i dont normally complain but i just get my fule there. When i walked in to the shop, i said good evening, but man behind the counter was too busy chatting over the phone on lounge speaker to even say hi back to me.When i get to the counter he doesn't even looked at me, he just scaned my shopping, without stopping his chatting along, in his own language, even when i said thank you and bye he doesn't even stop to say bye or anything. Im not aure when he was breathing as he was constantly talking.Well i can understand that you can be on the phone on Sunday shift right before midnight, sure. But i would tell this other person "wait a moment i have a customer" then say hi & bye (as a minimum of basic right behaviour) and then you can carry on chatting. But acting like this man is just so rude!

Lovely friendly staff every time I've been in, but the price displayed outside is NOT the price on the pumps, so it can come as a horrible surprise when you go to pay! Check the pump prices. Thought it was reasonable, but nope, it's one of the most expensive petrol stations in the area. And the app doesn't work here, so if you're trying to avoid indoor spaces with Covid around, avoid this one.

I?ve been to this garage countless times as I?ve been using their collect+ system in returning parcels as advertised online. However every time I have been to return my parcel they turn me away because of some reason they come up with despite me following every instruction on my email for returning. This has meant that I have not only wasted petrol but I also cannot return my parcels and have to go out of my way to find another collect+ drop off point further away which never seem to have an issue with what I give them. The staff are also very rude, don?t speak much English so I can?t understand them and the store in general is very dirty and untidy.

Be wary of the guy serving today! 2 lots of value news on my receipt I did not buy, the 5p value news is a bag which i asked for but there is 2 lots of value news i did not buy look at the photo of my products, after getting another customer involved he gave me my two lots of £5 back totally £10, he tried to conn me to put it in his own pocket, the only reason i asked for my receipt is because the guy in front of me had to ask for his receipt also and the server was shady giving him his receipt. Please always check your receipt in this garage, I will be making a formal complaint to bp aswell.

Not a special garage, prices tend to be higher than others around and it's quite small, looking rather outdated. However, it serves it's purpose and delivers fuel.
