Rude pharmacist. Experience was a nightmare. Would not want to go there again. Pharmacist did not seem interested to offer any help and sort out my prescription which was prescribed by the doctor 1 week ago. She just said she doesn't know why it wasn't there. Had to come back with her having to say rudely to make sure to order it ahead, a week before taking it. And I thought, it was on their system last 28 Jul, 7 working days ago as the doctor prescribed. I think that is a long period enough to prepare someone's prescription which she had Done in 10 to 15 mins when I opted to wait. Coz boy, I never ever want to come back there.I never had any issue with other GP before in my previous address, they did not ask me to make an order before I take my prescription they were even the ones calling to update me of my prescription.The receptionist and nurse who took my bloods though deserve to be praised. They're lovely.

If I had actually been physically examined by this GP in January I might not have spent 4 long months in agony with a misdiagnosed infection, undergone needless surgery, scans, and general anaesthetic. I was finally treated via self referral to the private Portland women?s hospital in London where I had a proper examination and just required 2 antibiotic pills. I am beyond furious. STOP telephone appointments and start physically examining patients - if you?d bothered to do so I would have saved the NHS thousands and had 4 months of my life back with my little baby. Negligence is at play here.

The last place you want to go. Rude, incompetent, you get treated like dirt and as an inconvenience to them. Slow service with long waiting times as they get so much wrong which causes problems and delays. If you are missing items they usually say "are you sure you haven't had it" Any problem will be your fault. They think nothing of making people return multiple times when they make mistakes, lets face it joe public has all the time in the world and can easily make multiple journeys.They invested large amounts of money on state of the art automatic machine which picks the medicine for them and said it would make a big difference and improve things but the service is still slow and terrible.They will say "well we serve X amount of customers" blah blah blah.Lets us not forget this is run as a business and they are not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts.

Sawston - Surly unhelpful reception staff make you feel worse. Pharmacy never gets it right - prescriptions are rarely ready when they are supposed to be. Staff always promising to phone you back but they never do. The surgery looks the part, but the service is a disaster and you are usually left with the impression it?s being run for the staffs benefit and not the patients. The odd doctor there is great and helpful but this is out of character with the overall tone of the place.
