Very very super prized. Sometimes the shelfs are empty.The good thing about the shop is the cashier so you don?t need to wait the long queue.

Over priced. Prices exploit captured audience and fact that it's the only supermarket for miles for those that live in local area. Fresh vegetables shelves are usually half empty by 5pm. Always an odd rancid smell coming from milk aisle.

Like other reviewers mentioned, very understaffed and so much more expensive than other supermarkets. Somehow, promotional prices never ring up either, so you have to be pay attention and ask for assistance each and every time, which leads to the queues to get longer... It's a shame there is no other similar shop close-by.

Never fully stocked shelves, never enough staff serving, and expensive for what it is and compared to other Super Markets. This is also probably the worst COOP store IMO compared to others!

This is a great local shop but the Yodel service is a problem. I tried to use the service a few weeks back for a Vinted sale they didn?t have the ability to print labels so I had to pay extra to post with royalmail. The service is now up and running again. I took 2 parcels there at the same time last week. Rather than do a parcel print the label and attach it then do the next one he was doing both at once and moving the labels around I said to him have you got those on the right parcels? He didn?t 2 Vinted parcels gone to the wrong place and now have to sort out the mess of trying to get them to the right places. Not impressed!

Generally pretty good and a decent range. However, they really need to take on more staff for busy periods (the queue often stretches right to the back of the shop) and perhaps have a little chat with some of the existing staff about their attitude (not all - some of them are great). It's a good idea to check the prices at the tills, too, as they're often different to the prices displayed on the shelves (I told a member of staff about this and pointed out a couple of examples about a year ago, but the lower prices are still displayed below the products).

Great customer service a lovely lad called Jobe helped me check out my kinder chocolates and gave me a wonderful smile and helped me pack all my groceries carefully 100% recommend shopping here

Good stock but the current coronavirus one was system is confusing and doesn't flow very well. This meant I had missed an isle out and then got told off by the very rude and patronising bakery shop lady. In general the staff don't have the best customer service and can be rude. I don't think I'll go back in a hurry.

Nice shop, clean and well laid out but was shocked to not be let in at the front of the queue by one of your staff even though i showed my support worker ID. She said as i wasn't NHS i couldn't come in! My job is to shop and deliver to 2 homes of vulnerable young adults. Haven't found this with any other supermarket!

Convenient proximity store that often offers discounts on products that I like. Not very much expensive than other bigger stores in the area. On top of that the staff is friendly.
