Eaton far exceeded my expectations for the care of my mother. We had three carers during the three months before my mother unfortunately had no option but to be moved into a care home. All three were professional, polite, competent and blended in with the family. So grateful to all the carers and office team.Thank you

Eaton Homecare has been caring for our elderly parents for the last three years. We were lucky and delighted that the first longterm carer they introduced was a perfect fit, she gelled very quickly with our (not always easy to please) parents, found the perfect balance between professional competence, confidence,warmth and firmness. She has endeared herself to the whole family, and though she has very recently moved on to follow different career aspirations, she remains a family member. Our parents' care needs have since increased, and this has coincided with needing to find a new carer with suitable practical as well as interpersonal skills and empathy. The deputy manager of Eaton Homecare has been a gem in helping us to work through the complexities and plan along twin tracks to cover different eventualities. She is very well informed, insightful and personable - we appreciate so very much the dedicated help and support she and Eaton Homecare are providing.

All three were professional, polite, competent and blended in with the family. My mother passed away in her own home, with a carer she loved and we were so grateful that we chose Eaton Homecare.

Thank you to al the team at Eaton who supported my mother of 89 to enable her to stay at home. Nothing was too much trouble, the superviser was great when ever we nedeed to make changes and everyone was always happy to help.

Carers from Eaton have been helping to look after my husband for the last year. Only a small number of carers have been involved, one carer remained unchanged throughout and they have been fantastic! the support from the office has also been amazing. Thank you Eaton.

Eaton have been my mothers support worker for 15-months now, and I am very happy with the support they supply, as is my mother. I have not had any negative concerns with their level of service within those 15-months, and I have been kept up to date with any news or concerns that arise. Definitely recommend!
