It is convenient to have a store like Factory Shop in a small community like Whittlesey to meet the needs of the residents. I always visit this store when I am in Whittlesey. It is the type of place where you can find something you need. There is a selection of kitchenware, garden items and furniture, fashion and footwear, beauty products, hardware, and so on. Most items are fairly priced.

This store keeps on giving with the stock of items reasonably priced. Bargains to be had. Stores staff are very welcoming, and give first customer service experience everytime.

Always love to pop into this store when in whittlesey. Which is quite often as we shop in other stores nearby. A large range of goods .Clothing of very good quality and choice .Some bargains to be had also.Recently bought a mans check shirt .After washing I found what really good quality it is for a good price. Lots of household items and a good choice too .I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and a good price range .Nice friendly staff too .

I love this shop. It has a great variety of items from clothing to home wear. I am gutted that one of the TOFS stores disappeared from Ramsey Huntingdonshire, as it is a highly much needed shop type for the town.

Nearly always has the products that I'm looking for. I love the clothes from there. Some of them are expensive but there are bargains to be had in sales. 2 tops for £6. A pretty blouse top for £10. Some JML products and loads of other products- even small furniture items. Also great for storage boxes/drawers.

Lots to like about this store, that sells 'everything' from clothes and shoes to electrical goods, coffee, and seasonal goods, and much, much more.Good covid awareness practice, helpful and kind staff, and well stocked and labelled goods.

I am so disgusted with the way I've been treated here today.Whenever I've used this shop in the past the customer service has always been pretty bad.They completely outdone themselves today.I needed a balloon for my son's birthday, and tried to enter the shop at 20 minutes past 5, when the shop closes at half past.I was barked at by the manager that I couldn't come in despite the shop being open for another 10 minutes.I'm aware balloons can take slightly longer and apologized for this, and tried to explain I had been stuck in traffic and tried to get here as quick as I could.By this point she had raised her voice at me saying that they needed to cash up and I would make them late home. Having worked in retail myself, I know full well a shop cannot lock up before their stated closing time, and I was well within my rights to shop still. I explained this to her and she couldn't have been more reluctant to let me in.I was then spoken to so badly by another member of staff who was doing the balloons, once again I tried to explain the situation and she completely ignored me. The situation by this point was extremely uncomfortable both for myself and my young daughter who was with me. My daughter actually asked me why they were being so horrible to us.Whilst the balloons were being inflated I was served by a 3rd member of staff at the till, who was probably the only half decent member of staff in the shop just because she wasn't as rude to me as the other 2.As we were leaving I asked the 3rd member of staff if I should yet there before half 5 in future, if they closed before their stated closing time. Before she could answer me the manager then started shouting at me from across the other side of the shop.At this point I was so upset I just walked out, my daughter was also upset too as she is too young to understand fully what was going on.Once I was back at my car I checked my receipt and the time I paid was 17:29. After all of that I actually paid for the balloon and left the shop before they actually closed.I will never be using this shop again, to be treated like absolute dirt when I had done nothing wrong is dispicable, those 2 women should be deeply ashamed of themselves.I will be making an official complaint tomorrow, this is a completely unacceptable way to treat people.

Like the shop. You can buy good quality clothes and shoes at competitive prices, in fact you can get most household items there including bedding, kitchenware, pet food, gardening and many more.
