Owner is a knobhead.I tried to drop off 10 small Yodel parcels, one bag of parcels. I've been told off that they can accept only 1-2 parcels max at the time because they don't have a space to store them and it's a safety hazard. This is the only place in Wisbech where you can drop off Yodel parcels. Unbelievable :(

I?ve just bought fuel and then posted some parcels I prepaid (and pre printed/attached the labels so a simple quick scan by the cashier). I was barged by another customer despite them not even being in the queue, then yelled (not even spoken just straight into shouting) at by the manager! He was yelling that only customers can post parcels which I reminded him I?ve just paid for fuel! Not a small amount either! He then turned to yell at another woman and once she left he turned and continued yelling at me. He was yelling about alcohol falling because he has too many parcels- that?s clearly his problem, not my problem and he needs to revisit his choice to be a yodel drop off. I got my phone out to record as he became more intimidating. I pointed out that he didn?t yell at the two people ahead of me or the 3 behind me, he only yelled at me and another woman and he clearly has a problem. I asked for the complaint number and he walked off.The cashier that served me was pleasant and helpful, I thanked him and left.I have never been treated that way before, it is not acceptable to just straight out start yelling at people about your problems, least of all a disabled female!I will never visit a BP again!

Poor customer service, I will never use this garage. Very unhelpful when asking where nearest toilets were. It could have been a disaster and left me feeling extremely ill and having anxiety attack.

The staff are all lovely people and the store is always spotless there also open 24 hours with a cash machine pay point fuel pumps and all sort of munch but the prices are high and the most expensive in town but for 24 hours you can?t really moan

I just walked my dog to garage to get tobacco and man behind counter wouldn't serve me at the window. Even though it wouldn't have made any difference to him. I stood at cash point for minute and he then served someone else alcohol at window. What the hell
