The staff here are very nice and the shop has great stock, my two star rating is because of their faulty goods return policy, our law states 28 days they say 14 days. My Gazebo was not as advertised, bits missing, make sure you check as these are very heavy and a huge inconvenience returning them especially when out of town. No store even charities should be above the law.

My dad brought me an electric blanket to keep me warm and I got him one for Christmas but they both didn't work and there still selling them would recommend don't buy them. or anything electric basically

Since store has had refit it has changed. I previously loved this shop but now all I can say is I won't be back. I took my mother in there and I bought a few things. When I was waiting for my mother to purchase her items I spotted a ceramic item so I got it and went behind my mother to purchase it. The till worker actually tutted at me when I placed the item on desk to be scanned when I asked why she tutted she actually said you could have got this with your last stuff I was gobsmacked to say the least. The shop has took on the look of a regular store with new goods thrust at you as soon as you walk in the door has totally lost the charity shop feel .

Wisbech Cancer Research Super Store is a fabulous place to shop always fresh stock, the staff are amazing so friendly always smiling ,helpful and cant do enough to help they are all truly wonderful and hopefully they are appreciated for all they do by their bosses to make shopping at this store a happy and enjoyable experience

The shop has a great vibe but the old cashier with blonde hair and glasses was one of the rudest people I?ve ever encountered. We aparantly went to the wrong end of the till which was not sign posted and she said we were being all over the place and useless. Kept snapping and said we were not paying attention when we went to pay but the card machine hadn?t even loaded yet

Came in today with my daughter. She was wearing a mask but I wasn't (as I am exempt) Volunteer came up to me and pointed to her mask and said to me "do you have a mask" I replied no. She asked to see my exempt card. I replied I do not have one. She then proceeded to say that I had to have evidence of why I am not wearing one?! When I pointed out that on the government website it states that you do not need to provide evidence, she tutted at me, said whatever and walked away. Very rude woman. Horrible experience and so I will not be returning to this store, nor any other cancer research store when they do not bother to adhere to the government rules and train it's staff/volunteers
