We have purchased a new Townstar EV van and are very pleased with it. From the first phone call I was helped and advised from Alex who was great to deal with, he then passed me on to Dan. Both were very friendly and professional. Dan always found a solution to all the questions and requests I had. He always got back to me if he wasn't available and replied to all my emails. He made sure the vehicle was ready on time for picking it up and all the additions made to it was done to perfection. My local dealership was not being able to help me but JS Holmes did.
