How can you use a bank that doesn't even open for normal office hours if you work yourself. Why would you put ATM machines in a locked foyer,the purpose of those machines was to use when the bank was closed!!!

The bank's opening hours are inadequate to the needs of customers. No access to cash/cheque deposit and ATM outside the building. No parking spaces. A disaster! Please shut down this branch and move it to Tesco Express for example, somewhere where you can park and use the CDM after 3:30pm!!!

Not enough cashiers at busy times so queues can be very long. Cash deposit machines are often not working properly and are inside the bank so only accessible during open hours. Privacy at the cashier desks is poor. Asked for an appointment with a financial adviser and was told they no longer offer this service in branch it is done over the phone? Parking outside is terrible and usually there are no spaces.

How come Loyd owns an entire bank? Who did he kill to get his own bank? Me and Loyd go way back, he was my school bully. Such a shame to see the wrong people getting successful!

Opening times posted by Google are totally wrong. Arrived at 4.15 to find them closed, when Google says that they are open untill 7p.m. on a Thursday. Wanted to deposit a cheque, and found that there is internal access to ATMs and a deposit slot in the secure entrance hall, but although they leave envelopes out there are no pens to fill them in with. A waste of a 22 mile drive!!
