Such bad customer service, I am a support work are very busy doing 12 hour shifts I went in there this morning to get 40 cigarettes from my friend I asked for sovereign dual I just took them and put them in my bag and go to my friend when I got to work when she looked they were sovereign blue so when I finish my shift I took them straight back with the receipt but they wouldn?t change they said that one had seal broken I said that I just had them this morning and returned of the same as with the receipt they threatened to call the police on me as they?ve said I?ve broken the sill and remove cigarettes but when they looked inside the pipe or cigarettes were there I told them I had not done it but they kept going on at me and told me to go out the shop I am not happy because at the end of the day I know I should?ve checked but when you asked for something you should get it I would also like to state that I told them that sold me previously out of date stuff and shortchanged me and I will now be taking this further

Despite still being listed as a DPD Pick Up shop I have been told they dont offer this service but made me feel unwelcome

Tried to send a package using DPD pickup. They took the package, 6 days later they still had the package so I had to call them and get the package back off them. Went to Hughes instead and they got it sorted the same day. Don't even bother with these clowns!!

I've been threaten by new member in that shop he also thrown my stuff at me and refused to change the £20 note he also aggressive with women as well

There prices don't match what comes up on the till including special offersWhen challenged I was told it was an old offer but they mad no effort to correct it.Never again although more expensive I would rather go to McColl's or Tesco
