Having used the MGBHIVE for years with no problems I was quite shocked today when I rang up with an issue I had with a suspension upgrade I purchased last week, the advert states that it fits all mgb as long as it is not lowered, however my car has sebring wings and 8x15 inch wheels... but not lowered, the suspension upgrade doesn't fit with the wide wheels. Now I don't know if the lady who answered my call was having a bad day before I rang but she was immediately very negative and abrupt with me on the phone saying they would not take them back even though I pointed out they were unused, two brackets had been fitted, the wheel tried on then removed. I was even told it was my problem and I should try to sell them on ebay... the lady constantly talked over the top of me, at one point raising her voice to me. I pointed out that I had used there company for years but that I wouldn't be doing anymore business with them, at this point she asked for my number for someone to call me back, I told her I would rather not give her my number because one person shouting at me on the phone was quite enough thank you. Beware all is good with this company until something goes wrong then no help at all. I've never been spoken to like this beforefrom someone who is supposed to be handling customer services. Plenty more MG specialists out there that I'm now going to use.

I recently placed an order here, and had to return part of the order (not of the fault of the staff at MGBhive). The staff were very helpful in arranging for a courier to collect the item, and refunded me promptly.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
