“store 1088. cashier LibbyAbsolutely brilliant store with great staff and the ethos of the customer first. We went last week to buy some skechers trainers for my wife as she has been diagnosed with severe back trouble. We met your sales assistant LIBBY and boy you have a great one there. This youngster will ,with experience ,make a great manager someday. Meanwhile she is a credit to the company whoever employed her did a great job. We are elderly and are used to agiest remarks from young sales assistans, but there was none of that here. Libby was kind, attentive thouroughly professional, knew her stock and was full of excellent advice without being pushy. We were so please with the way she looked after us we returned to the store and bought two more pairs of Skechers Arch fit trainers and will return again when we need more. The store manager was also thoroughly professional and answered all our questions politely and efficiently. A thoroughly good 1960/1970 classy shoe shop type of experience where nothing was too much trouble and whatever time the customer needed the customer got.Thank you so much.Bob and Myra Mitchell”
