This shop itself is very good and ideal to grab essentials from at last minute, but however unfortunately the staff here let the shop down as most of the staff are very rude towards customers, they have an attitude as if they can?t be bothered and they even try to turn there issues onto you. I was in this shop recently just to quickly buy two items and get some cash back, the guy behind the till could not work out what he was doing, so he called his colleague over for help, when she arrived she simply could not be bothered to sort it out so instead she turned it into my issue, told me I couldn?t have my cash back and I need to go away and sort my card (even tho I already had money in the card I just wanted cashback)I then went back into this shop a few days later with my brother who was treated awful by the cashier serving him and the cashier was even swearing at her colleague about how long he had apparently took on his break.Is it not in there job description to always put customers first? Always make customer happy? At this shop they do the opposite, never known anything like it.

The store itself is great, it's very good that even Sunday is working untill late. BUT! Today I had not very nice experience, I was on the self checkout, and even if I payed for a bag I was told to pay for it coz the staff didn't saw it obviously, and there was no option for a receipt print so I can prove it, even if I was still on the checkout point. Anyway, I saw that the man working there was really busy so I did not make a problem and pay for one more bag. However I will not step there anymore, it's not avouth the 0,20p...As a recommendation I can say - make sure the checkout is working properly and always can be printed recept!

It's OK if you can't be bothered to go to Cromwell Road tesco and it's open till 11 for all your snacks and alcohol or even a meal deal
