WOW, just WOW.I called to book a room - sadly I didn't take the name of a person who answered the phone but I have never been treated like this in my entire life....I asked to book a room and the woman with a strong e.european accent said 'we do not work like a private hotel anymore' and hung up on me.Horrid.
