Amazing car buying experience! Shopped around different dealers and thorney toll motors had the car I wanted.Adam was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions, I did have an issue with the car but was quickly resolved couldn't ask more will definitely use in the future

I highly recommend this company for their top tier service and ethics. My salesperson named 'Mo' went above and beyond to cater for my vehicle needs.The Thorney tolls motors limited company remained professional and polite throughout my time with them. They made it easy for me to make a choice and for a fair price. I cannot thank this company enough since they could sense my urgency and yet put me at ease and allowed me to take time with my decisions.These are not your average pushy car salesman that just 'want to get the job done'. Thorney toll motors was a good experience for me and my partner. The salesmen who dealt with us , was polite and we exchange information smoothly. He showed care in opinions and questions as I know it can be tough in the car sales department!Made the handover simple , even after a long day of working , he made the effort to give us the car out of hours :) .He really cleaned up the car , got all the scratches out , polished it up. Look like a different car when we turned up to purchase, which shows the family run business care about how their products go to the customer. The brake pads had failed MOT before our sale he got them changed which was a generous thing of him to do.If the car you are looking for is in this garage , don?t hesitate to buy these guys are helpful and easy to do business with.Thank youMac

Thanks to the guys at Thorney (I think it was Mo I dealt with), I know things go wrong sometimes but its how its handled that's more important than the problem. Had a battery failure after a few weeks and rather than have to make a 4 hour round trip, they arranged for a local collection. which i think is good customer service. keep it up.

If i could chosse zero stars i would!! After the experience I have had with Thorney Toll Motors, if anyone is looking for a car DO NOT go there!! I bought a car from there as on google they have 5stars, I had a problem within a week of me buying my car so took it back asked to have the car that I part exchange back (it was parked there) and my money back they agreed. I had none of the documents with me so I said I will come.back tomorrow. When we (my son and I) went back the following day they had sold the car I part exchanged. I was not happy after a lot of arguing they agreed to give me what they gave me for the car in cash instead. We then had to sit there and wait for over 4hours waiting for them to give me money back. There was a 'salesman' called Adam that kept trying to get us to lose our temper with him and shouting at us. NEVER NEVER USE THORNEY TOLL MOTORS

Wouldn't let me choose less than one star my mother put a deposit down on a vehicle and was told 19th Oct delivery/pick up date. This date has passed but the vehicle is still not ready and not being given the deposit back due to the boss not being there. I would stay well clear from this company and wouldn't believe a word they say or the online reviews as they also seem to be too good to be true after the service we have been provided. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter as a company shouldn't be aloud to run with customer services as this.
