A fab experience from start to finish. I had the choice of two body shops via the insurance company of the person who reversed into me. I chose Axiom and I am so pleased I did. Staff made me feel very welcome and answered any questions I had, thank you.\\nI?ve just picked my little Vauxhall Adam up, they?ve done a fantastic job. On arrival there he was valeted and gleaming sitting ready for me. Perfect, please don?t hesitate to use Axiom, I certainly will be recommending them to all.

Do not ever deal with this greedy company. Got my perfectly good car written off for very light damage and left me thousands out of pocket. Tried to charge nearly 1500 quid for parts when it doesn't even need any. Over 2000 grand for labour . Never go here or enterprise or hastings directThats bizarre you can't locate me on your files. You could locate me yesterday when you provided an estimate for over 4 grand and rang to tell me my car was totalled. Twist it however you want my car only been totalled because of your disgustingly high repair bill for work and parts you don't need. Greedy horrible people

My green and black skoda fabia was damaged by a hit and run vehicle. It was dented and scratched across most of the drivers side panels. It took 2 weeks to repair and when i got it back i was lost for words. I was amazed at how perfect the repair and paintwork was done. I highly recommend them. It was a stunning job they done, it looks as good as brand new. They even collected it then delivered it back to me when finished. I would use them again if i need another repair.Service: Body & Trim

Had a great experience with Axiom. Nikki in particular went above and beyond when enterprise let me down to ensure I had a courtesy car for me. Nikki made alot of phone calls and had a very personal touch when it came to helping me during such a frustrating time. Great garage and would highly recommend. Axiom accident repair centre have been absolutely amazing. Nikki and Lee have been empathetic, easy to talk to, professional and have gone above and beyond to ensure our car was repaired and driveable! Through no fault of their own, the time scale was not great, but that was down to hastings insurance. Definitely would recommend axiom to family and friends for repairs to their cars. They also kept us on the road by making sure we had a courtesy car from enterprise then one of their own cars once one became available. Thank you so much!!Services: Wheel alignment

Everyone at Axiom in Yaxley have been absolutely fantastic fixing the hail damage to both our cars - nothing is too much trouble and they have been super helpful, cheerful and efficient all the time. Top quality service from start to finish. The repairs made to my Skoda were flawless and there was that great feel of satisfaction that they really care for and look after their customers. I took my car to Axiom to repair a dent in the boot of my Mini. Having obtained quotes from other garages Axiom?s was by far the most competitive.They offered me a courtesy car while the workwas carried out .When I went to collect my car I was asked to fully inspect the repair, I was also offered a respray with Axiom covering the cost of time and labour if I wasn?t 100% satisfied with the dent removal. I could see no paint damage visible to the untrained eye so declined this kind offer. I felt this was exceptional service, going up and above what was expected.The car was also fully cleaned, valeted and polished, again completely unexpected.I can?t fault the timescale, service and friendly approach from the receptionist and the mechanic who took me to inspect the car.I would strongly recommend this garage.Service: Body & Trim

Axiom did a great job on my car when it was repaired there. Perfectly matched the colour and was as good as new in a few days.Courtesy car arranged very quickly, as was recovery of my car - all round professional service from them.The Customer Service Advisor on the front desk was especially helpful and knowledgeable.
