Review Type: Positive. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to Excell Auto today. They swiftly sorted out the problem with my exhaust, a crucial fix given my job as a care-worker relies on dependable transport. I was treated with sterling customer care, and they even kindly refused payment for their expedited services. It was deeply touching to experience such kindness and care in return for my own daily caregiving. Cheers to Excell Auto for not only keeping my car in check, but also for caring about their customers. Their graciousness and professionalism is commendable - they definitely get my highest recommendation.

SCAMMERS.They fail the MOT for something little like battery clamp.Then they wanted 50 pounds while at the dealer it cost 8.And when i told them i gonna fix that at another garage they say they gonna charge me for MOT retest.Another garages never do that.

Great little garage but the only downfall is that they aren't equipped to work on an automatic gearbox but price for parts and fitting is good and mechanic I spoke to was incredibly informative when giving the information you need about the problems they don't speak in mechanical terms it gets explained in English then how to fix and pricing ect overall a good garage but would be better if they could do auto too

First time I've been to Excel and after having MOT completed on daughter's car was very happy to let them complete services on both my sons and wife's. Welcomed us and kept us informed throughout with exact costings and advisories. Vehicles were ready to collect on time and even arranged a Saturday pick up with the boss when they were closed.

This is a great garage. Staff are very polite and helpful. My grandson had a clutch failure on his MK7 VW golf that was covered under a Warranty from Marshalls. The garage took over the whole claim process and dealt with loss adjuster themselves. Repairs carried out professionally and invoiced Marshalls Warranty directly. Cannot praise their services higher.
