Rude staff. Perhaps overworked but no need to be so rude.In the queue for 5 minutes or so to exchange some sterling to euros only to be told not possible as the person on the counter was on their lunch. I have been using my local post office in Alsager more and more of late and feel obliged to offer a review given how thoroughly impressed I have been on every occasion. The staff are exceptional and the quality of service they offer is amongst the best customer service one could wish for. Everyone is very accommodating, friendly and always provide helpful guidance. The store itself is organised, clean, and efficiently managed, serving as a prime model for other businesses. I am greatful to have this Post Office in my local town.

I visited today to ask if I could return a parcel with a written return label and not a printed one. The lady was very helpful and asked if I had a QR code on my phone. I did and so was able to return the parcel.I?d been to another local post office and was told it wasn?t possible to return the parcel without a printed label.Thank you!

I have used this post office regularly over the last 4 years and can honestly say that under the New Management the atmosphere within in is very positive. Angela is an asset with a friendly word at all times. All the new staff I have met are also very friendly. Keep up the good work one and all

I use this post office regularly & always find Angela extremely kind & friendly. She is very knowledgeable & helpful. As this post office is now under new management I'm hoping Angela will stay as she appears to be a vital part of the team.

The two ladies working today (19th June 2023) I?m bad with names sorry? are lovely and helpful. Don?t make you feel like an annoyance for having more than one parcel. Always want to help you and get the best service for you as a customer. Will take time to chat to you whilst doing what you have gone in for. Even though they only have two counters open sometimes just the one you never have a huge wait unlike the Hanley store where you can wait half an hour to an hour and they have two counters open and that?s a main city store. Anyway I diverted sorry?. Keep up the good work ladies :) Thank you!

Having been in this post office for the first time since new management began a very short while ago, I can honestly say, what a difference already!! The ladies who still work there (who have always been so helpful and friendly)look so much happier already ?? ...despite the job of changing stock and the building having an update etc at the moment. I certainly felt more relaxed in there today. Long may it continue. ?
