They First called me to come for training after the interview and cut my DBS payment 65 pound and after 1 day and a half training finished told me we have no job this time for you sorry for that and they also did not back my DBS payment. When i email head office regarding and they also reply me we cannot do anything that and reply franchise take your interview they resolve your problemDo not go to anyone for an interview. They started the business to collect money through DBS.

Everything worked out great, the lady answered the phone very quickly the first time we contacted her and was very friendly. The nearest branch is close to our house, so we went straight to the office to find out more. There are plenty of parking spaces outside and good public transport connections. Now back to care, the employees speak German, English and Russian. That's really great. Also, you are very caring and patient as well as always friendly. Hat alles super geklappt die Dame ist bei dem ersten Kontakt sehr schnell ans Telefon und war sehr freundlich. Die nächste Filiale ist nah an unserem Haus so das wir zum Informieren direkt ins Büro sind. Draußen hat es viele Parkplätze und auch so eine gute Anbindung mit dem ÖV. Nun zurück zu Pflege die Mitarbeiter sprechen Deutsch, English und Russisch. Das ist wirklich super. Außerdem sind Sie sehr fürsorglich und geduldig sowie immer freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.

The care given to my 92 year old mother was on the whole good, kind & caring. We had one incident with a carer who refused to wear PPE because "god was looking after her" but otherwise the basic care was ok. We used the Sutton Coldfield branch/franchise.I would not recommend this company due to the way they treated us when it came to terminating our relationship, as my mother was having to move to a care home full time.It became clear that all they care about is the money.. after spending tens of thousands of pounds with them over a six year period they withdrew over £2000 from my mothers account - (DD so we could not stop) they only provided 3 hours of care during the final month.My mother had 1-2 visits per day depending on her health, we had planned for this to increase to 3 visits a day but she never returned home to do so.They based all of the 'notice' payment on a level of care that we never actually used. The carers had also been assigned to other clients and so i gather this notice was just pocketed as extra profit to the owner.Emails of complaint have largely been ignored or fobbed off with 'we can't discuss your mother's case with you due to gdpr' which is rubbish considering they had been sending me the invoices each month for years.My criticism is directed totally towards the owner of this business who takes a view that as they are not going to get any further business from this client they may as well screw them for all they can at the end of the contract.Very disappointing.

absolutely awful. don't go near them - well the stevenage bunch used to be fine before pandemic but now they get lots of different carers ( something to do with a new rota ) when patients need a regular person and advertise that they give one designated carer but we had too many in and out so thought it unsafe -so have gone elsewhere for care now- also half of the carers spend all the time on their phone as they cant seem to fill the hour and don't interact with the patient of they don't have to they seem to have high turnover of staff. I cannot NOT recommend this bunch of cowboys highly enough. our new company is so much better so do shop around if you want decent care for your loved one and don't believe the commission review as that was a while ago and it has all changed there now since they got that.
