Terrible

Went for a spa day. Felt disorganised. Had to ask for water despite being told there was some. We asked twice for it and had to go through the hotel in robes to get some. Chairs dirty in restaurant so swapped them. Wasn't told we needed a lock for the locker so we just had to chance having our things in there and bring any valuables to treatments. Enjoyed the pool. And my friend and I made the most of the time there. Also signs in csr park would have taken us to the bins not the spa ?

Stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Great garden and peaceful stay. Nothing too much for the staff and very close to Chester.

Freezing cold seating area. I sat next to a radiator and was still cold! Poor menu and extremely over priced. Despite a very small menu and me being first arrival, had "sold out" of some dishes already. Considering very small number of guests, some people had to wait a very long time for food (I did ok but saw 2 people wait as long for their starter as it took for both my main and dessert to come). Really annoying and uninspiring piano music that was playing too loud. I'm sure there are much better eateries around Chester...

Went for anniversary as we planned to go to the races, staff were great manager bought us a drink because it was anniversary they let us have breakfast in bed on the morning the leasure facility's are excellent, fresh towels daily, grounds stunning, bed was massive and super comfy, welcome folder is excellent explains abit of history about the area, on niggle is drinks are a tad expensive

Was cold, over cooked and un appealing. The breakfast was dry and not fresh. Not much variety. Glasses were dirty. Decor was dated.
