Absolutely superb service. You won?t look anywhere else for paint or decorating products once you?ve tried here. Very helpful staff and very high quality products, but do t just sell to trade which is excellent.

Awful customer service!! I had paint which i had got from another store I took into this branch and asked if they could mix this colour, they said yes they didn?t mention anything about the possibility of it being a completely different shade of paint and also failed to mention it would be non refundable. I have never shopped here so was unaware of this policy the receipt also failed to mention these important details. Now I?m stuck with a load of paint in the completely wrong colour and I?m being refused any credit or exchange!

An excellent experience. The staff were able to give advice and the manager sorted a problem for me that was above and beyond normal customer service. Top marks! Would recommend this store and the team to anyone!

what a great service from Brewers have been working away this week in new mills up from the south rang brewers, for a delivery, said that they would try to help, then 2 hrs later paint turned up you can't ask for a better service well done brewers again.
