Speed of service, quality carpet product, excellent customer service and communication. We have carpeted our upstairs bedrooms, landing and stairway. The product is luxurious, its soft and bouncy. The feel is lovely on your feet. Great value. Highly satisfied with our carpet and the service from RGN, even more so with it being a seamless process during the pandemic.

In love with my new engineered oak flooring from RGN Flooring Supplies. The service was exceptional from the beginning. We ran out of the flooring and Lisa at RGN searched everywhere for some remaining flooring to satisfy our shortfall. 5 packs were found however I needed 12 to complete the works so the search continued. I then received a call from Lisa advising that they had found some leftover stock from another quality which had exactly the same finish but was a wider plank, after seeing a picture that Lisa sent me I could see the finish was incredibly close to the original and unless you go looking for it you would not see the width difference. See image, can you spot the difference? I am so incredibly greatful to Lisa and the team at RGN for finding a solution which could have been a huge problem. Highly recommend .Service 5 Star!

We've used RGN on 3 occasions now to supply the wooden flooring for our house. Brilliant customer service, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Flooring is great quality and there is a wide range to choose from to suit any budget. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very bad customer service. Would give 0 if I could! Went in-store to see if I could match end trim for my flooring and was quickly told only do it in unfinished. I've been on the website online prior and you can pay extra for different finishes but I wasn't even given that option. Its like they didn't want my custom so I'm taking it else where. Very disappointed after reading the reviews about helpful and friendly staff.
