“We had breakfast here on Saturday morning, it was very tasty the smoked bacon was lovely,however the scrambled egg was warm at best but cooked nicely, I know that scrambled egg can go cold pretty quickly so gave them the benefit of the doubt, nice friendly staff and lovely drinks!”

“Take me to relieve anything I can’t really leave an honest review but we went round a few times looking for certain products at different times and for what it was. It was a brilliant selected small independent outdoor shop even though it’s a relatively big company. It’s still classed as an independent and I feel they had big brands selections from different companies not just the odd thing from a single series. They have multiple versions of it in different colours and patterns. For example I was looking for a new rucksack and they had a full wall just dedicated to books rucksack similar to what you would find in mountain warehouse. All different companies all different makes it all different sizes and they had more hidden my way on the other hand. They had a large selection, Noreen survey, maps, maps, and compasses, and all this other stuff, which I feel is brilliant, because Jessica is right on the border of Wales, and you could go straight up to the Lake District very easily from where it was and sofa having a store there right in the city centre is a prime location”

“Was sourcing some sandals that did not have my size online ,phoned this branch I wanted a six ,they did not have one in ,member of staff said she was a six and would try a five ,as I desperately wanted them ,and I hoped I might get away with a five ,she explained her feet were not two wide fitting and really explained the fitting she was so lovely ,and amazingly helpful ,I ordered them ,they arrived to day and fit perfectly with them been slider sandals it worked and I got away with the five ,thankyou so much I can t wait to wear them”

“Go upstairs to pick up and click and collect items. They have a good selection of clothes. If you go after 7 you can usually park right outside and it's a bit quieter. Really helpful staff”
“Went to Primark chester on sunday and the lovely girl harley in the fitting rooms was amazing, i was having trouble finding the correct size jeans she offered to help me and bless her she took my jeans back and got me the right size, she even recommended a top that would match perfectly for the occasion i told her about! This girl was amazing!”

The dark haired assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, and unhesitatingly suggested YSL Black Opium and JPG La Belle. “I often pop in here when I visit Chester but on my last visit I was approached by a lovely young woman who was not only very pleasant and friendly but extremely helpful. Thanks to some very simple suggestions I left with a couple of items I would have ordinarily not looked at and am very pleased with .I also heard her advising another customer in the same vein . The fact that she took the time out to engage with her customers was refreshing and made her stand out amongst the lack lustre service we are sadly becoming accustomed too. Zara could do with taking some lessons from here!I wish I knew her name ....perhaps I will find out next time”
