I must say a huge thank you to Liam...I think that's his name. Yesterday I asked about Bethany Wine, which I believe that Co-op sold. Westminster Park didn't have any but the branch near where he lives, had some. So he went out if his way to get this for me. Amazing service! Thank you!

I queried the price of an item that should have been reduced by £1.25 according to the price ticket, assistant couldn't see it on my receipt so called a colleague. I tried to tell the colleague there should be a £1.25 saving on the receipt but the arrogant madam waved her arms at me to shush me as if it was a complex problem and I didn't understand! I told HER to shut up and her response was to throw the item at me saying get out, you're not getting a refund and told me I am barred from the shop!! I got my refund after insisting, I'm sure it's illegal to deny me the right to a refund?Where does this coop get its staff from? Some are lovely others less so. Wrong people in the wrong job. I wish we had a Tesco or Asda instead, I'm sure the staff would know what they're doing, get the prices right, have great customer service without making you feel they're doing you a favour by having to serve you.Always check your receipt because the prices are always wrong in this shop!! I am reporting them to trading standards, someone needs to do something about shoppers being ripped off!!

Gave 1 star because I can't unfortunately give any less. Did a shopping order on just eat today as I have mobility issue currently. Items were missing which I only realise once the driver had left, so I called the store to sort out the issues. I was passed to the supposed store manager Liam who spoke to me in such a rude, dismissive and abrupt tone. He spoke to me as if he didn't care, saying there was nothing he could do, and gave me 2 options saying I could sort a refund on the app or come in to the store. I said I had mobility issues and he said well they're you're choices. I asked if the driver could be notified and could bring me the missing items, they said no, I asked about the store sending the missing items, was refused, then told I have 1 of 2 options there and that's all they could do. I said it's the stores fault, he agreed and said it would be dealt with and looked in to. I said by how he was speaking to me, I wasn't reassured that anything would be done at all. The way he spoke to me was if he just didn't care and when I pointed out his tone, he said he was trying to help and, saying he doesn't come one to work to to get abuse. He wasn't helping, he was being rude and dismissive and all I did was point out the tone in which he was speaking to me and pointed out how it sounds like he doesn't care. I asked if the calls were recorded, he said yes. Good, I hope whoever listens to it can see how rude he speaks to people. He didn't apologize for the mistake, just basically was speaking to me as if it was an inconvenience to him and he was just telling me whatever to get me to go away and to not make it their problem, like he just thought it's not his problem and didn't want it to be. I said I was going to sort out another order but I don't want anything more from this store, sorted out a refund and I'll go elsewhere. They should remember that their business is nothing without customers and if they continue to speak to people and do thing the way they are, their business won't last very long. Even if nothing could be done, the way I was spoken to, was what made it so appaulling. Quite frankly if I'd read previous reviews, I wouldn't have done a delivery with them in the first place. Seems I'm not the only person who has experience similar/the same.

My son who has autism came into the shop today to buy sweets, popping in the shop alone is a big deal for him so being spoken to like dirt by some stupid woman on the till has set him back massively. Staff obviously need training in how to deal with people with disabilities cos they clearly don't have a clue what they are doing. Instead of showing him where to pay the woman almost accused him of shop lifting.

Two for £5 item advertised as 3.15 for 1 and £5 for 2. Get to the till and server insists it?s £6 so I reject one item as it?s not worth it. I then go back to the till and get told it?s because Wednesday is ?change over day for the promotions? ????? like it?s a good excuse and it?s the computer?s fault! Be careful as this is not the first time the advertised price is cheaper than the till price.

Coop itself is nicely set up.Checkout staff at this one unfortunately are unfriendly and lazy. Surely your role includes placing items into the bag not just running it past the barcode reader? Instead they just watch in near silence the shopper doing it themselves. Automation cannot come soon enough, which is a shame since a corner shop in a village/suburb should have a friendly, community feel

Great Customer Service and care. My young toddler tripped on his way in to the store and bumped his head- Niall went the extra mile even when the store was busy to get my son an ice pack for his head and made sure he was ok. Above and Beyond - thanks Niall
