My mother went in to make an appointment for my sister and I to go in with her to move some funds, she's 80 and we have LPA. They talked her into opening a Bond. No papers, nothing. She's confused as to how much was transferred and at what rate. Disgraceful

Good luck trying to get served by anyone. If you think of depositing cheques with the self-service machine you're probably just going to hear lots of annoying beeping sounds and you'll end up having to queue for 7 hours anyway...

I spent 2months waiting for a new card for 2accounts and when I finally got a card for my cash accountI went to the bank to cancel the basic account card they sent to my old address and order a new one for the 4th time!!Matt cancelled my cash account card! I ended up not able to get cash or pay for anything online for a week.. and I had to leave my assignment to get cash from the bank...Matt was holding the card in his hand and reported it as lost!!!!And It's not the first time this happens!That's my reason for switching to another bank.The staff was Racists and treat people based on thier class and background. Unfortunately this still happening even in the 21st century, we still didn't evolve!

Spent hours trying to sort out setting up an on line bank transfer, spoke with several automated messages, transferred to several people, got cut off, and had to go through repeated personal questions, several times and once being told they have no time for me, and the line going dead. Tried again a few days later after I had calmed down from the frustration, only to find myself in the same situation, frustrated and disappointed.
