Prices vary from day to day, making budgeting difficult. Stock location changes often, making some items difficult to find. Self-service is annoying, leading to the closure of manned checkouts. In my opinion, Morrisons need to up their game.

I was very upset with morrisons today I went to some Easter eggs for our resident in our care home, because I need 74 morrisons would not let me buy then because there where on offer, I was told I was only aloud to buy 6 eggs which is know good to me when I have 74 residents, sorry morrisons Tesco let me buy from then as there had the same offer on thanks you Tesco you will make my residents happy now on Easter Sunday thank you Berni

Frequently been here and the service has been mixed to say the least. Today was bad though. A Saturday so you'd expect management to have adequate staff but no just two staff visible. Just wanted two coffee mugs. The single ordering tablet was taken and not usable while they waited for a member of staff to deal with their query. The App wasn't working and one member of staff was dealing with phone calls, a lot of complaints about food taking too long, he was cooking, serving and taking orders via the till. Except he was too busy to take orders and several of us were getting .... Annoyed. The other member of staff wasn't trained for the till. She was mainly clearing up front and back. Yeap just two young staff covering the whole restaurant. The coffee machine was empty. She filled it straight away and then it started overflowing everyone's mugs. Come on Morrisons management this is disgraceful. It's not your employees fault who were working their socks off. It's the person in charge ... Who wasn't there. Will think twice about coming back and certainly won't be passing on any good vibes about the place.

We went to Morrissons in the Bache, Chester today. Unfortunately it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I bought a grey woollen dress which is very suitable for the current weather, but then found it had a bad pull in it. I left the Cafe (which wasn't busy and pleasant enough- but they have changed the coffee machine and the last few times drinks have left a bad taste in my mouth) and went to Customer Service. I asked if they would give a discount on the dress due to its fault and the young man on the desk said (according to the Manager) they couldn't give a discount as the dress was from a different company. I pointed out the dress was a Nutmeg make, Morrissons own. However I still couldn't have a discount, only a refund. I left feeling dissatisfied and I don't feel like going back. I dont think their Customer Service is conduicive at all and I had no apology- I just feel Morrissons dont want to give dicounts no matter what the situation is. The date of visiting is Sunday 7th January.

Everyone very busy Christmas shopping in Morrisons at the moment, the staff although busy always so helpful and take you to the isle you need with a smile.

Never been more embarrassed as a 40 year old man being asked for Id at a self serve checkout by some funny old woman who came across as a jobsworth . Absolute joke if you ask me
