Fabulous, as soon as we entered had s warm welcome. They listened to our requirements and were able to identify 3 that suited our needs. I wasn't expecting to find the one we loved that day but Nic was very friendly and thorough and got us through the order process swiftly and now we have a new living room set on the way. :)

Appalling customer service regarding deliveryHad a phone call 45 minutes before the sofa was due to be delivered saying that the lorry 'wouldn't start', whilst I understand that things can go wrong, it shouldn't take a further 8 days for the sofa to get delivered.I only got it down to 8 days after several calls to customer service, it was going to be even longer otherwise.Customer service passing us from pillar to post, claiming that either the van wouldn't start, got stuck in the middle of Wales or just didn't have a clue where our sofa was.And you have the cheek to charge £99 for delivery! and on the reverse If we cancelled delivery withing 24 hours we would be charged a further £99.Was also told that we would be offered a gesture of goodwill by two different staff members, but that gesture has gone unheeded. Instead my wife was offered a '£40' cleaning kit which is probably worth less than a fiverIf you do order a sofa from Sofology don't expect it to be delivered on time.On a positive note, the sofa seems nice so far and the staff in the shop were lovely when we first ordered it

Ðont deliver when agreed and not interested when you phone enquiring where your order is. Just tell you its delayed by 4 weeks and it maybe in then but mày not. Take your money then don't give a damn. Worst custome? service i've ever come accross.

We took delivery of our new sofa on Sunday morning. We are absolutely thrilled with it. The two young men who delivered it were fantastic. I really recommend Sofology to anyone.

When customer service is really good, you do tend to notice, and we really did notice! Everyone we dealt with was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Special mention to Luan who really looked after us.

Fantastic service. Kirsten was lovely and extremely helpful in helping us choose a sofa. Very happy. Edit - changed to 1 star as 4 weeks in I get an email to say my sofa isn?t coming in 8 weeks and they don?t have a definite date as yet due to problems with the manufacturer!! I advise people not to review until they actually receive the sofa. Really disappointed with this company.

Nice store with a good selection of sofas. The experience in store though was disappointing. After hearing a member of staff telling other shoppers that "we are not the type of store where you are followed around. Feel free to browse"My experience was the complete opposite. Everytime we sat on a sofa to test it the same member of staff came wandering over to try and sell me something. We asked to be allowed to browse on our own, which she agreed to only to be back again minutes later. Even following us up stairs and sitting with us while we were having a private discussion. This level of following around put me off buying here. I appreciate the level of knowledge she could put across, but to constantly tell us and shadow us around is extremely off putting.We visited Stokers near by later the same day, with the completely opposite approach which was far more relaxed.Sofas may be ok, but pressure spying level needs to be changed.

Popped into Sofology looking for a recliner couch, not any couch, the right one with correct posture in mind.Met Norman who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in advising us on our purchase. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and with ease.Glad to have had this experience with Norman, and left the shop feeling looked after and happy.

Just been and purchased a sofa from Sofology. On our initial visit in we spoke to John who helped us find the perfect corner unit, even though we were very picky due to our destructive pups. We went away to measure up against the size of the room and when we came back we spoke to Julia who helped us through the buying process. Could not of asked for nicer people, so informative and helpful the whole way. Cannot wait to have our sofa delivered. Thank you Julia and John.

The staff are so friendly. They don?t follow you around and NO pressure selling either. It was a very relaxed atmosphere in the store. Great selection too.
