I've always loved The Works and the new store in Chester is so big and has loads to look at. I really like that books are now in categories and the craft section is larger. I really hope this refurbishment is something the company do with all the stores. I think it's a very good thing and I feel like a lot of customers will now find more to purchase on their visits.

Great prices and I love this shop BUT it's really upsetting as recently my mum has deteriorated with her terminal illness and is now in a wheelchair, although it is technically accessable it is so jam packed it genuinely isn't. My mum would knock displays or be stuck inbetween people (even people will full mobility find it hard because it's so small and packed to move around) so unfortunately has to sit outside the store in her chair and wait for me whenever I have had to go in which is very disheartening especially when it's crowded in town.

Staff are really helpful and help you to find what you are looking for if you can't find it. Excellent value goods in a well stocked shop. Always come out with more than I went in for.

A fantastic collection of books. It's not a proper book store in the sense that you have all the latest and greatest books, but you'll be very surprised at what you find.
