The whole store is open but the aisle is roped off around the paperback books. Can't get the book I wanted. Are books not essential then? I like Smith's and I try to buy books in store, but will now go to Amazon Prime and get it delivered tomorrow. Shame.

Great all round emporium to literature. From stationery to stories, non-fiction to films there is always something to be had. Glass lift in the middle for easier access.

Absolutely rude an abrupt telephone manner, when i phoned about my order....customers i wouldnt bother ordering online to have goods delivered to store, as you have to wait about a week.....the good thing is ,they let me have calculator from store, until my order arrived in store, then it would be put back on shop floor, so thank you WH Smith for doing that ......

Store is on a busy retail park handy for stationery and books, but other than the till there's never any staff around to assist if you have an enquiry.

Our post office is in our local post office upstairs. The lift is small & hard to get around the shop with a wheelchair.

Good stationary and book shop and if they havent got it they will order it.I think waterstones is better for books with a more knowledgeable staff.
