Tried domino's again for the first time in a good 2 years last night. And I thought with the amount of adverts going up and the price of there pizza's both going up exponentially maybe the quality had but I was mistaken it was literally just like eating pure soft dough with zero crunch and cooked enough just so the topping melted domino's had always been really doughy but not to that level.

Absolutely disgusting pizza paid for additional toppings though not added. Pizza was very dry and tasteless will never use congleton dominoes again.

Completely wrong pizza twice in a row. Called the second time got sent 2 new ones but still not completely right. Asked for a bottle of Fanta as comp for waiting for new pizzas. This was offered but not delivered.

Was given an extra box with Cookies, but did not get the Twisted Doughballs - Pepperoni. That's the disappointment of the week :(

Long wait times, tracker stated the food was ready when it wasn?t even in the oven. Poor service not the first time this has happened

Shop assistant was very rude when I asked how long my food was it took over half an hour from leaving the shop when arrived it was dry & burnt

They sent the completely wrong pizza! One with toppings that we don?t eat, the garlic bread was burnt, like rubber and cold and the chicken strips were swimming in grease, full of grissel and cold, the whole order was inedible and went in the bin! The Manager at the store didn?t care less that they got the order wrong and was rude on the phone! Useless customer service advisor online only offering a voucher even after we sent photos as evidence, my bank has now just processed the return of my money! Would never place an order with this place again much better takeaways in Congleton than this place!!

Great delivery. 2 veggie pizzas took only 5 minutes to arrive. The garlic and herb sauce is very refreshing, it comes with every pizza so you can dip bites in. Nice pizza with a heart to it. 10/10.

I've kept this private but no longer. I ordered two large pizzas, ate half of each about 3.30pm. At 4am i woke up with my mouth watering like mad, straight into the bathroom and for the next 7 hours i was vommiting. Those pizzas were the ONLY thing i ate that day. I reported to Cheshire East council. I have no idea wha if anything was done. I have not touched a dominos since.

Ordered 2 pizzas for collection, turned up only 1 there asked them to deliver the other one so that the pizza would still be hot said they couldn?t? Wanted me to wait 15 more minutes so the other pizza would have been sitting for another 15 minutes even thou it was their mistake. Attitude problem at restaurant would not recommend told them to keep the pizza not the first time they have messed up
