Bought Yuasa HB110 battery for my Audi TT. It failed to totally dead within 3 days. Replaced under guarantee with same problem repeated 3 days later. Was advised must be a car fault so checked over at main dealer at additional cost of £100 with no faults or problems found so 2 faulty batteries in succession. Will be looking elsewhere next time.I tried following Nathan's token guidance below which took me to a generic and unhelpful page. Tried email to customer services and got a call from branch manager who had minimal remit to address the issue. I remain dissatisfied with both product and service

At appointment the agreed person to do fitting was not allowed to do job was changed for a new man.I had to sign a DISCLAIMER before he proceeded to fit dash cam. On previous dashcam fittings NEVER happened. ALARMED DISAPPOINTED

Had a battery replaced at Congleton store yesterday as the battery charge light was on, after new battery was fitted light was still on so Halfords checked the alternator with the high beam on and heater running was told all was ok and the light just needed to be reset ?, 40 minutes later broke down after the battery had run down waited 3 hours for the AA in the cold only to find out the alternator belt had snapped. Poor service and advice not happy !!!Its now over a week and although have raised a complaint and had an acknowledgement form Halfords they want to help out nothing has transpired ?, will go into the store and notify them of what happened and see what they have to say about the situation

Went for a new car battery and replacement wiper blade for my Honda Jazz. Both battery and wiper blade fitted at Halfords whilst we went for a coffee! Top marks for friendly and efficient staff.

Thankyou for sending on my receipt. However you have failed to resolve my issue. I will remind you of it once more.I returned the electric bicycle for inspection and rectification of a fault in the electrical system. Every time I go out on the bike a fault occurs where the bike system loses power to the motor.I reported this to the Congleton shop where I purchased it . They offered the possibility of swapping it for a new model in the shop. To date I have not heard from them whether this has been authorised. This should have happened within 48 hours I was informed from the time the sales person completed a request to do an exchange with head office which was Wednesday 27th Sept. I originally brought in the bike and left it with them on the 18th September . Reporting the fault with a hand written list of the issues with the bike

Had some work done first time using Halford and gave email address, sometime later it said I had joined motoring club which I hadn't ask to join and said I'd had a 10 point safety check done also this didn't happen

Ordered and paid for a cycle rack from Congleton store on Thursday Told there were 637 in the distribution centre and one should be in store by Saturday so made appointment for fitting for 3.30 on Monday. Spent over an hour going the ten miles to store to be told rack should be in store by Wednesday. (Why couldn?t they email to let me know?????) Store will contact me when it?s in. Let?s hope this gets resolved before I go on holiday.

Went to pay for my goods and the man on the till helpfully explained that if I gave a few details I could have a £5 discount. Gave him my details and then he told me the system was down so i could not have the discount !!!
